Refund Policies

Purpose: To outline the conditions under which refunds may be granted for training program fees.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Cancellation by Participant:

    • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 7 to 10 days before the course start date.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
  2. Cancellation by ACTC:

    • If a course is canceled by ACTC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course or both.
  3. Transfer Policy:

    • Participants may transfer their registration to a future course, subject to availability, without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the original course start date.

Refund Process

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the ACTC administration via email or in person.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

 

Exceptions

  • Special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered for exceptions to this policy. Documentation may be required.
